We won the Last Leaf contest over at Millie's blog by guessing the absolute latest date for the last leaf to fall from the tree in her yard.
We had a date well after any of the dates the other contestant cats picked.
Most picked a date in late autumn, but to be contrary and optimistic we picked Dec. 16 and pretty much won by default because there were still some leaves hanging on even then but there was no dates after ours picked.
Our prize arrived from Millie all the way from New Hamster!

A bag of chicken Temptations and a bag of treats new to us called Friskies Natural Sensations!
Oh man are those things good. We each got a sample and later when mom wasn't looking Shaggy sneaked in and grabbed the bag off the floor and ran away with it!

Thank you so much for all the purrs and prayers for our little hansel. It means the world to us- and we truly believe that with everyone in the cb - it's how we got through all of this. We don't know what we'd do without everyone! Hansel is doing very well - walking around, but we did have to put his cone on- as he thinks he should eat his sutures. He is eating, taking meds, drinking, using the litter box, everything is fantastic!

Hmmm, guys? Purple? I don't think so! First mum has never liked purple for anything other than her birthstone. Purple is not the color of The Colts, its blue. Otherwise mum bleeds Green & Gold.
I certainly hopes you were kidding about purple. If the Vikes had made the Stouper Bowl, she would have been routing for the other team.
But I figured you might be rooting for the Who Dat Saints! But The Colts are mum's favorite AFC team, so she needs to cheer them on!
