Little Cat Feet

Shaggy and his littermate brother Scooby came to live with us in October 2005, when they were 5 years old. Scout arrived in 2006 at the age of 6 weeks. Scooby passed over very suddenly to the Rainbow Bridge on April 1, 2012 and is remembered fondly and missed deeply.

Cat Sitting

Our mom was catsitting for our long-time neighbors last weekend.

They have two beautiful girl kitties.

She brought them some new feather butt mice and they were very excited over their new toys.

Our neighbors are originally from Pakistan so the girls names reflect that.

The calico is Chotee, which means "Little One". Chotee is the first and only calico that mom has ever met.

The gray tabby is Sonee, which means "Beautiful".

Here are some pictures so you can meet them too.
(Something happened on our camera date thingy. These were taken last weekend.)

I like those names! Calico cats are my favorite, because that is what I am. Only I am called a "dilute" calico.

Those are two pretty girls! Do you get to see them through your windows and stuff? Sometimes I see the cat across the street when he's in his window--that's pretty fun.

They are gorgeous!!! Pretty names too. We are glad they enjoy their feather butt mousies so much.

RE: the new IAMs formula, we've only got Beef in the old formula left and it contained ground whole grain barley. The new "pate" doesn't have that.

Yes, I agree the marketing dept. really messed up the new can design. That was my first thought when trying to read the can, then when I couldn't open the cans, and broke the flip top I wondered if they outsourced their marketing...

Your mom is such a nice lady to take care of neighbor kitties while they are away. Chotee and Sonee are very pretty kitties and Wow Sonee has a very long tongue!

Hope the human boy/man is feeling better and getting the sugar levels under control.
