Dad's Turn
Dad was on the treadmill thing the other night and mom came in to scoop out the litter box
we keep in that room.
As she was doing this, Dad exclaimed:
"LOOK at the SIZE of those LOGS!"
Mom had to explain about clumping litter.
Mom also says Dad needs to take a turn scooping boxes.

That is too funny! Hahahahaha! My Daddie almost never scoops, either.
Our Daddy has NEFUR scooped a litter box. I don't think he is coordinated enough to do it.

What a silly dad. We have an automatic litter box, but Mom still scoops it once a day at least.

My Mom appealed to my Dad's cheap side to get him to scoop. She told him that they could start buying fewer bags of cat litter if he would scoop the litter box every day (she hates scooping and would prefer to just clean out the entire litter box rather than scoop for logs). Now he scoops every day (although she sometimes has to remind him).
Goodness, if it wasn't for Mom, our litterbox would NEVER get scooped!

All Beins in a place wif cats should be familiar with cleaning the litter box! Sometimes its a 2-Bein job.
It certainly sounds like your dad is not familiar with litter box scooping! My mum and dad take turns - one scoops one night, one another. Or whoever is the last to go to bed scoops the box.

Yes, every human needs to be well-trained in litter scooping. It should be a requirement for every human prior to being adopted by a kitty.
