Little Cat Feet

Shaggy and his littermate brother Scooby came to live with us in October 2005, when they were 5 years old. Scout arrived in 2006 at the age of 6 weeks. Scooby passed over very suddenly to the Rainbow Bridge on April 1, 2012 and is remembered fondly and missed deeply.

Empty Nest

What's this talk about us living in a nest?
That's for the birds and we are cats living with their people.
Mom is telling everyone how we have an empty nest now that the 18 year boy is on his own and the college boy has gone back to finish his last year.
She says it's just her & dad now.
AHEM! Pardon me....
Even if this isn't a nest, it is far from empty!
There are 6 guinea pigs and 3 cats here as well as Mom & Dad.
People and their sayings! Go figure. They never make any sense.

Ooooooooooo it's a sad time for your Momma. Give her extra snuggles Scooby.

Please stop by and say a word to the MeezersMom. Miss Trixie went to the Rainbow Bridge this morning. I know she would love to hear from you.

Momma says to tell you, yes, that is a real picture of Mistrie and Patches. Momma was outside with Mistrie and Patches came up to the screen and Mistrie went over to talk to her.

Momma says as long as you have pets, it is never REALLY an empty nest.

It sounds like it's time to give your Mom a lesson in just exactly whose house it is!

Yea, I think you should make sure they know the "nest" is not empty. Missing the litterbox will do it. Well ok, maybe your can do something a little nicer to get their attention.

How could she ignore all of you like that? Clearly, it's NOT empty. That's just a highly illogical thought to have indeed! I'm in complete agreement with you, Scooby.
