Little Cat Feet

Shaggy and his littermate brother Scooby came to live with us in October 2005, when they were 5 years old. Scout arrived in 2006 at the age of 6 weeks. Scooby passed over very suddenly to the Rainbow Bridge on April 1, 2012 and is remembered fondly and missed deeply.

Someone Stop Her!

Mom is starting deciding what to pack for two weeks in Phoenix. They leave Saturday.
"Skimpy things", she said, with a chortle. Presenting the Swimsuit Collection.
She keeps telling us how much she's going to miss us, and we believe her.
Allison, the high school girl who lives across the street is coming again to feed and play with us.
Mom said she hopes we will lose a little weight because Allison will only feed us what she tells her to and we can't con any snacks or extra servings out of her. Horrors!
Scout: Hey Shaggy, if we yakked on these do you think that would prevent her from leaving?
Shaggy: It's worth a try. Ready in 3.....2........

Tell us if the yak works so we can try it on our Beans next time they want to go away. If not, we hope your mum and dad have a great time.

If yak doesn't work you may haf to resort to more drastic measures, such as poo. Nuthin says, "don't leave me" like poo.

She thinks that you won't find a way to con the feeding substitute? Poor, poor woman!

Hey, I thought kitties were allowed to get MORE from the pet sitter! Tell your human she has it wrong.

Well, I can see we are going to have to arrange some teleporting to supply you with emergency snacks.

My Human works with high school girls all day long, though, and she says most of them are pretty soft-hearted, so I wouldn't underestimate your chances to scam her into giving you extra.

Use your most pitiful meow on the cat-sitter. She'll cave real fast.
