Little Cat Feet

Shaggy and his littermate brother Scooby came to live with us in October 2005, when they were 5 years old. Scout arrived in 2006 at the age of 6 weeks. Scooby passed over very suddenly to the Rainbow Bridge on April 1, 2012 and is remembered fondly and missed deeply.

Winter Storm

It was turning into a beautiful spring.
The snow was gone and the birds were singing. Mom was outside without a coat on and we got to go out and sniff on our leashes! Mom put a couple screens in so we could sniff the air from inside. Oh it was turning into a beautiful spring.
Today we are having a winter storm!
No kidding! Heavy, wet and getting deep. Blowing pretty good too.
Dad's been singing "It's beginning to look alot like Christmas, every where you go". He's such a comedian. Ha Ha. He'll pay for it by shoveling later....
Scout is fascinated. It's his first winter you know, and he keeps jumping up to look out the windows.
Mom had errands to run, but nothing that can't wait because she says no way is she going out in this.
Wow! That wind is roaring. But we are safe & warm inside.

Mama was silly and went out in it to work. She called a cab and waited an hour. I kept checking on her to make sure she was awake...

What part of the city do you live in Brandi? We are in the NW suburbs. Slow commute today, a slippery, tangled mess as usual. Our mama stays at home so she doesn't have to deal with it.

Sounds like Scout is having as much with the snow as Dolce was on Friday. I want to stick her in the snow and see how she reacts but my wife says no. I did it to Magoo when we lived in the apertment and it was funny as he tried to keep as few paws in the snow as possible. I swear for several minutes he managed to hover on one paw.

Sounds like you should be staying in the warm and reading Max's new book to pass the time...
It's not snowing here but in Scotland they have had enough snow to close the roads and the schools. But it is very cold here and my mum is wearing a silly hat to keep her ears warm.

Oh what weird weather is going on all over the place. Mom says it is because of some girl named LaNina. We wish she would stop. ~Merlin, Shadow, Ko Ko

I'm glad you're all safe and warm inside. Too bad that Spring took a vacation. Hopefully it will come back soon!

When my mom tried to take a walk in the freezing cold the other day? She put on a hat that made her look like a Conehead. Talk about embarrassing!
