Little Cat Feet

Shaggy and his littermate brother Scooby came to live with us in October 2005, when they were 5 years old. Scout arrived in 2006 at the age of 6 weeks. Scooby passed over very suddenly to the Rainbow Bridge on April 1, 2012 and is remembered fondly and missed deeply.

Life Goes On

Well, Mom has been feeling pretty blue all week missing Tiger and we have been doing our best to be there for her.
She is feeling better lately thanks in large part to all you cats out there & your beans who commented and comforted her when she was so sad.
She is keeping the igloo under the deck in case some other stray cat chances upon it and needs shelter.
She gave all the canned food she bought for Tiger to the old lady across the street who has two cats and a limited budget.
She has been putting out the dry food she got for him in a dish under a tree in the back yard. The possum we talked about this summer still comes around nightly foraging for food and mom thinks he's cute.
She named him Montgomery.

You did what you could. You were so good to Tiger, he will be waiting for you at Rainbow Bridge, that is for sure. Blessings to you.

We're all so sorry to head about Tiger. That was Mom and Dad's biggest fear getting attached to the outside cats at our old home ... that one day they'd just be gone, no closure. I'm sure your comfort will help her through.

it's ok to still feel sad about Tiger. It was a wonderful fing to gif the canned food to the lady across the street- her kitties will be furry happy. We has nefurr seen a possum so we don't know what one is, but getting food is always a good fing. We is shur that Tiger is furry happy at the Bridge, knowing that ofurr animals are being taken care of.

What a loving person you are, Meezers' Mom. You were probably the only love Tiger ever had. You gave him the gift of your frienship, even when he didn't know how to love back very well.

We have possums too. Mom also thinks they are cute. They come right back the back door on their "rounds," and they don't even see us looking at them!

Mom is so sorry how your Mom feels. She knows how she feels cause my Mom still misses Amber. Mom says it does get easier with time but nothing can replace the one lost. It was so great that your Mom took care of Tiger outside. Mom gave Amber's dog food to the vet she goes to as they board kitties there and can always use food.
